The above examples are for stays of 1 week. We also have a daily charge if you wish to stay for less than a week.
This is currently £60 per night during high seasons and £55 per night during low seasons.
For each additional night over 1 week the charge is £45 per night high season & £40 per night low season. |
There is a compulsory €55 fee for cleaning the apartment on changeover payable locally on day of departure. |
A 20% deposit is required to secure a booking plus a £100.00 security payment will be payable when balance is due. This security payment in case of breakages and returned if everything is in order after your stay.

The balance must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to your holiday, or in full if holiday is within 8 weeks.
We accept paypal*,credit card* cheques and bank transfers. Prices may be subject to change without notice.
